Questions
Good to know.
Can you guarantee we get the funding?
No. We prepare you so that you qualify and your application is complete and credible. The decision always rests with the programme, bank or investor.
How long does GIPA registration take?
Under the GIPA Act 2026 (Act 1173), registration is meant to take 5 working days from a complete application. It must now be renewed every year.
Is there still a minimum capital requirement?
Not in general. Since 15 July 2026 most foreign-owned businesses have no minimum capital. Trading companies are the exception and need USD 500,000 in cash equity. We confirm the details for your case.
How do I pay?
The first 30-minute call on WhatsApp is free. After that you get a fixed quote in Ghana cedis and pay by mobile money. Government fees are extra where they apply.
