About Gotham Consult
A bridge between business, government and global partners.
An Accra-based business development and international projects consultancy, founded in 2018. We help businesses build partnerships across Ghana and other markets. Where appropriate, we can introduce a business to potential partners who may be interested in investing in it or its projects.
Gotham Consult is a business consultancy. We provide commercial and project-investment guidance and, where appropriate, introduce potential partners. Regulated investment advice or fund management is provided only through an appropriately licensed professional. Gotham does not hold client funds or guarantee an investment; any investment is assessed and agreed directly by the parties.

Founder & Development Partner
Joy Anthony Preston.
Joy is a business professional with experience in enterprise development, project management, corporate engagement and diplomatic liaison across private and public sectors. She holds an MSc in Strategic Leadership and Governance, founded the Global Genius Foundation and convenes the Gotham Consult Business Seminar.
Her entrepreneurial path began with making and selling ice cream while in foster care. That early experience, and seeing the barriers faced by single mothers, young people and overlooked talent, shaped her focus on practical opportunity and inclusion. Drawing on community services and cross-cultural experience, she works with entrepreneurs, including persons with disabilities, to build viable, partnership-ready businesses.
Her work centres on project coordination, stakeholder engagement, corporate and public-sector partnerships, technology for business and inclusive enterprise development.
Consultant · Founder, Carlson Capital Ltd
Uffe Jon Carlson.
Uffe brings about thirty years of consulting and operating experience across Europe, Africa, the Americas and Dubai. His background includes CTO and managing director roles, company building, market development, branding, financial software, AI and complex project delivery.
Earlier work includes Prince Communication in Barcelona (1997–2005), co-editing Enjoy Accra, brand strategy for Micheletti & Co. Ltd and healthcare communications assignments associated with Novartis Oncology and Roche Diagnostics. These are prior-career engagements, not claims of current Gotham client relationships.
Carlson Capital Ltd, registered in Ghana, works with Gotham on AI, software and apps, company set-up, mining and renewable energy. Selected project examples include the Gotham platform, Universal Credit Hub and historical development work on the proposed 130 MW Dawa solar project; current Dawa status is unverified.
