- 2005–2012 · Ghana and West AfricaCo-founder and chief operating officer of an advertising and publishing company in Accra. Launched Enjoy Accra Magazine in 2005 and ran brand campaigns for international companies across West Africa.
- Since 2007 · Europe, Middle East & AfricaCarlson Capital advisory: market entry, partnerships and complex contracts for healthcare, energy and technology companies.
- 2012–2015 · DR CongoDirector of Operations for an international retail consumer brand: built 75 shops in three years, led 60 sales managers and about 1,400 point-of-sale staff, and grew the business by 114% in 2014–2015.
- 2017–2019 · DR Congo, Cameroon, Tanzania and West AfricaCompany set-up for international groups: licences, first-year investment, head office, local teams and mobile-money payments with the telecoms, then hand-over to the local management.
- 2019–2022 · Tanzania and East and West AfricaFounder and managing director: launched licensed operations in three African markets, from company formation and approvals to partners and recruitment.
