Family Desk
We handle the renewals, the paperwork and the house, and we visit. After every visit you get a written report with photos, so you know what is really happening at home.
Starting in Greater Accra. Families elsewhere in Ghana can join the list too.
In good spirits and asked after the grandchildren. Walked to church on Sunday with a neighbour. Would like a new pair of reading glasses: we can book the optician if you agree.
Example only · names and details inventedRenewal happens in the pensioner's birth month: at a branch, a partner bank, through the SSNIT app with face verification, or by home verification for people who can't travel. Your parent has to take part in person, so it can't be done from London or Houston. We make sure it happens, every year, on time.

What we do
We don't replace the family. We're the reliable pair of hands on the ground, working with you and with the relatives who are already there.
The deadlines that quietly cut off money and care.
A familiar face, in their language, on a regular day.
Absent owners are easy targets. We keep watch.
Getting to the doctor, and getting the right help at home.
Why you can trust us
Families abroad have heard every story. So we show you what happened, every time, and we build the service so that no one person can go wrong unnoticed.
Every visitor's Ghana Card is checked, they hold a police clearance certificate, and we call their references before they meet your family.
Written notes, dated photos and anything that needs your decision, sent to you after each visit. Video calls whenever you want one.
We speak to your mother or father directly before anything starts. Nothing happens without their agreement, and they can stop it at any time.
How it works
We're opening with a small group of founding families in Greater Accra, so we can get every detail right before we grow.
Join the list below. It takes two minutes and asks nothing about health.
We call you, then your parent, in their language. They decide whether they'd like us.
We meet them at home, agree a plan, and set up the renewals calendar.
Visits, renewals handled on time, and a report in your inbox or WhatsApp.

Questions families ask
Not on his behalf: SSNIT verifies the pensioner in person, or by face on the app. What we do is make sure it happens. We track his birth month, remind him, and either take him to a branch or partner bank, book SSNIT's home verification if he can't travel, or sit with him while he does it on the app.
Yes. People over 70 pay no NHIS premium, but membership still has to be renewed every year. It's one of the most common things that lapses without anyone noticing, and we handle it.
No, and we think that's the honest answer. Where your parent needs a nurse or a carer, we arrange one through a licensed partner, check their registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and keep an eye on the care through our own visits.
Then we don't do it. We always speak to your parent directly, in their language, before anything starts. It's their home and their decision. Many people agree once they understand we're there to help the family, not to replace it.
We'll match the visitor to your parent's language, starting with Twi, Fante, Ga and Ewe in Greater Accra. Tell us on the form which language they're most comfortable in. Reports to you are in English.
We're starting in Greater Accra. Join the list anyway and tell us where they are: we'll tell you honestly whether we can help yet, and the list shows us where to grow next.
By card, in Ghana cedis. Ghanaian law doesn't allow us to price or charge in dollars, pounds or euros, so your bank converts the amount at its rate. Family members in Ghana can pay by mobile money.
